Bookmaker closes my account steals $1000s

Hello all,

Just a warning for you guys about BM. I've been using BM on and off since 2016 with no issues. However, this past week my account was frozen. After many live chats, I spoke with the head of security, Jessica, who was very rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. The long and short of it was that she claimed I had a second account with BM and that the person (who they claimed was me) also uploaded an identical ID.

I find this very odd as I just renewed my license and got a new picture on it a month ago. So the odds that someone would have my identical ID is pretty unlikely. I tried to explain that I did not have access to another account and I just wanted to work with BM to figure out the issue or if someone is using my ID fraudulently.

Jessica wanted no part of my side of the story and just kept repeating to accept her "obvious truth." The conversation ended with my account being close and BM stealing my balance of thousands and dollars.

I am quite upset about all of this and how it was handled. I don't even really care about the money, it's just unsettling.

Anyway just a warning to others.

I have been very close friends with this poster for close to a decade now and I can say with 100% certainty he doesn't have multiple accounts with BM and I can also state with 100% certainty he is a stand up guy who would give you the shirt off his back if you asked for it. Since BM is an advertising book here can one of the moderators get involved and get to the bottom of this. The whole situation makes no sense to me bc I know the poster personally and I also know BM is regarded as one of the best offshore books on the planet.

Fill out a complaint at SBR and see what they can make of it

It's just so odd how this happened so fast. Like I said, I have used this account and made multiple deposits and withdraws since at least 2016. No issues at all. I deposited $800 this summer and got maybe $100 bonus. Run it up to almost $3k and abruptly this week all this shit goes down. I'm such a small potato bettor, just doesn't make sense to me.

Bookmaker is a sponsor here.. THIS PLACE needs to correct the situation. The very least they can do is look into it and give their outcome to this story.

Any update on this, was going to re up at bookmaker, but this shit makes me uneasy. When you win these offshore companies got you by the balls, what are we going to do fly to Costa Rica and demand our money.

Unfortunately, no update. I filed a complaint at SBR on 10/7. I haven't heard anything.

They are a sponsor here. This place should automatically intervene without you asking. Negative publicity about a sponsor with nothing from here is a no no. I still think that Bookmaker is one of the most solid offshore books out there. But would like to know the outcome on this situation.

This sucks cyber crime identity stealing happens, seems like they made it easy for criminal and they real customer they screwed over, sorry, I took my money the FanDuel., although bookmaker software is awesome , I ain’t risking this bs, hope you get a response from stealyourmoneymaker
